Pricing

SellStuff is free to browse. You only pay when you buy or sell.

For Buyers

The price you see on a listing is the total you pay. It includes:

• The seller's price
• The SellStuff service fee
• Delivery to your door

There are no hidden charges added at checkout.

For Sellers

• Listing is free
• SellStuff charges a 12% service fee on each sale
• You receive exactly the amount you approved when creating your listing
• Payouts are sent to your bank account within 3–5 business days of the sale completing

Security Deposit

Sellers pay a one-off refundable security deposit of AED 99 before their first listing goes live. This covers failed collections and protects buyers.

You can request your deposit back at any time once you have no active listings or pending orders. Refunds are processed to your registered bank account within 3–5 business days.

Delivery Fees

Delivery is charged by box size and paid by the buyer:

• Small (L34 × W23 × H22cm) — AED 59
• Medium (L43 × W32 × H23cm) — AED 69
• Large (L54 × W54 × H54cm) — AED 89

All items must weigh under 5kg. Boxes and packaging are included.

Failed Collection Fee

If our courier arrives and you are unavailable, your item is not ready, or your item does not match the size or weight you selected, a failed collection fee of AED 49 is deducted from your security deposit.

Item Value Limit

The maximum seller price for a single item is currently AED 1,000.

Free Items

Sellers can list items for free. The buyer pays only the delivery fee for the item's box size. The seller receives nothing and SellStuff takes no commission.

Free items cannot be returned or refunded.
