We think that's wrong. Dubai is one of the most transient cities on earth. Expats arrive, accumulate and move on. Every apartment is full of things that someone else would love to own. Most of it never gets sold — not because it has no value, but because the process of selling is too painful.

What We Built

SellStuff is an AI-powered second-hand marketplace for Dubai. We have removed every single friction point from buying and selling.

Sellers take one photo. Our AI identifies the item, writes the listing and generates a professional cover image in under 30 seconds. Max, our AI negotiation agent, handles every buyer conversation on the seller's behalf. A courier collects from the seller's door. Payment arrives automatically.

Buyers browse a curated marketplace of second-hand goods. They negotiate with Max to get the best price — no awkward direct conversations. Payment is held securely until delivery is confirmed. Free returns within 48 hours if anything is not as described.

Buyers and sellers never need to interact directly. SellStuff manages everything in between.
