Anti-Counterfeit Policy

SellStuff has a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit, replica or stolen goods.

Seller Obligations

All sellers on SellStuff confirm that:

• All items listed are genuine and accurately described
• Items are legally owned by the seller and are not stolen
• Listing counterfeit, replica or stolen goods is strictly prohibited
• Misrepresenting an item's authenticity is grounds for immediate account suspension

Enforcement

• Sellers found listing counterfeit or stolen goods will be permanently banned
• SellStuff cooperates fully with UAE authorities on all counterfeit investigations
• Buyers may report suspected counterfeit items using the Report function on any listing

If you suspect an item is counterfeit or stolen, please use the Report function on the listing page or contact us at info@sellstuff.ai

Legal

Selling counterfeit goods is a criminal offence under UAE Federal Law No. 37 of 1992 on Trademarks and its amendments. Violations will be reported to the relevant UAE authorities.
