SellStuff handles collection and delivery end to end through our logistics partner. Sellers and buyers never meet.

Delivery Fees

The delivery fee depends on the box size your item fits in:

• Small (L34 × W23 × H22cm) — AED 59
• Medium (L43 × W32 × H23cm) — AED 69
• Large (L54 × W54 × H54cm) — AED 89

Maximum weight is 5kg for all box sizes. The fee is paid by the buyer and shown before payment. Boxes and packaging are included.

How Collection and Delivery Works

1. Once an item sells, the seller selects a collection slot within 72 hours

2. Once collection is confirmed, the buyer selects a delivery slot

3. Our courier collects the item and photographs it before packing

4. The item is delivered during the buyer's selected slot

Delivery Options

Present at door — you receive the item in person and have 24 hours to raise any concerns.

Leave at door — the courier leaves your item and photographs it as proof of delivery. Choosing this option waives your right to raise a dispute, except where the courier's packing photos show the item was damaged before collection or the wrong item was delivered.

Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days of purchase. Delivery slots are offered in morning, afternoon and evening windows.

If Collection Fails

If our courier attends and the seller is unavailable, the item is not ready, or the item does not match the size or weight selected, the collection is marked as failed. A fee of AED 49 is deducted from the seller's security deposit and our team will arrange a new collection.

Coverage

SellStuff currently delivers within Dubai only. Other emirates coming soon.

Free Items

Free items are delivered the same way. The buyer pays only the delivery fee for the item's box size. Free items cannot be returned or refunded.
