How It Works

SellStuff is an AI-powered marketplace for second-hand items in Dubai. No meetups, no haggling, no time wasters.

Selling

1. Tap Sell with AI and upload photos of your item

2. Max, our AI assistant, identifies your item and writes the listing for you

3. Confirm the title, condition and box size

4. Set the price you want to receive and the lowest offer you'd accept

5. Publish — your listing goes live immediately

Max negotiates with buyers on your behalf and never goes below your minimum. Your minimum is never shown to buyers.

When your item sells, choose a collection slot within 72 hours. Our courier collects it from your door and delivers it to the buyer.

You're paid the exact amount you approved, within 3–5 business days of the sale completing.

Buying

1. Browse or search for what you want

2. Buy at the listed price, or make an offer and let Max negotiate

3. Pay securely — your payment is held until your item is delivered

4. Choose your delivery slot

5. Receive your item and inspect it

You have 24 hours after delivery to raise a concern. After that the sale is final and the seller is paid.

What You Pay

Buyers see one total price including the seller's price, the SellStuff service fee and delivery. Nothing is added at checkout.

Delivery is charged by box size — Small AED 59, Medium AED 69, Large AED 89. All items must be under 5kg.

Sellers pay a 12% service fee and a one-off refundable AED 99 security deposit before their first listing.

Your Payment Is Protected

Your payment is held securely from the moment you buy until your item is delivered. If something goes wrong, you're covered.

Free Items

Some sellers give items away for free. The buyer pays only the delivery fee. Free items cannot be returned or refunded.

What Can't Be Listed

Some items can't be sold on SellStuff, either because they're prohibited or because they're too large or heavy for our current delivery service. See our full list at sellstuff.ai/prohibited-items
