What is SellStuff?

SellStuff is an AI-powered second-hand marketplace for Dubai. Sellers take a photo and our AI builds the listing. Max, our AI agent, negotiates with buyers. A courier handles collection and delivery. Buyers and sellers never need to meet.

Where does SellStuff operate?

SellStuff currently operates across Dubai with deliveries to selected UAE emirates.

Is SellStuff free to use?

Browsing and buying are free. Sellers pay a 12% commission only when an item sells. There are no listing fees.

How do I create a listing?

Tap "Sell with AI", upload 2-5 photos and follow Max's prompts. Your listing will be ready in under 30 seconds.

What is the security deposit?

Before your first listing goes live, sellers pay a refundable AED 200 deposit. It is returned when you close your account or remove all listings.

How do I get paid?

Payment is released to you within 3-5 business days after the buyer confirms receipt.

What items can I sell?

Any second-hand item up to AED 1,000 in value and under 5kg. Some categories are restricted — Max will let you know if your item cannot be listed at this time.

Can I sell without meeting the buyer?

Yes. Our courier collects from your door and delivers to the buyer. You never need to meet anyone.

How do I make an offer?

Tap "Make Offer" on any listing to start a negotiation with Max. Max will work to find a price that works for both sides.

Is my payment protected?

Yes. Your payment is held securely until you confirm receipt of the item. If the item is not as described, you receive a full refund.

What if my item is not as described?

Raise a concern within 48 hours of delivery through your Orders page. You will receive a full refund including the delivery fee.

How long does delivery take?

Items are typically delivered within 24-48 hours of collection from the seller.

How do I create an account?

Tap "Sign Up" and follow the steps. You will need a valid email address and UAE mobile number.

How do I delete my account?
